E2E Automation (“we,” “our,” or “us”) operates the SquadSesh mobile application (the “App”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use the App. By using SquadSesh, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.
If you do not agree with the terms of this Privacy Policy, please do not access or use the App.
2. Information We Collect
2.1 Information You Provide
When you create an account on SquadSesh, we collect the following information:
- Username (required)
- Email address (required)
- First name (optional)
- Last name (optional)
You are not required to provide your first or last name to use the App. These fields are entirely optional and can be added or removed at any time through your account settings.
2.2 Chat Messages
SquadSesh includes (or will include) a chat feature that allows users to communicate with other members of their squads. When you use the chat feature, we collect and store the content of your messages in order to deliver them to the intended recipients and to maintain your conversation history within the App.
2.3 Purchase Information
When you make an in-app purchase (such as removing ads or making a voluntary tip), the transaction is processed entirely by the platform’s app store (Google Play or Apple App Store). We do not collect, store, or have access to your payment method details, including credit card numbers, billing addresses, or bank account information.
We do receive a purchase confirmation token from the app store, which we use solely to verify that the transaction was completed and to activate the purchased feature on your account. We store a record of which products you have purchased (for example, whether you have purchased the “Remove Ads” option) so that your purchase is honored across all devices where you are logged in.
2.4 Advertising Data
The App displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob. AdMob may collect and use certain information about your device and usage patterns to serve relevant ads. This may include your device’s advertising identifier, IP address, and general interaction data. Google’s use of advertising data is governed by Google’s Privacy Policy. You may opt out of personalized advertising through your device settings. If you purchase the “Remove Ads” option, no advertisements will be displayed and no advertising data will be collected by AdMob within the App.
2.5 Automatically Collected Information
When you use the App, we may automatically collect certain information, including device type, operating system, unique device identifiers, IP address, and general usage data such as features accessed and time spent in the App. This information is collected to help us improve the App and ensure it functions properly.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
- To create and manage your account
- To enable core App functionality, including squad management, scheduling, and coordination
- To deliver chat messages between squad members
- To process and verify in-app purchases and ensure purchased features are applied to your account
- To display advertisements within the App (unless you have purchased the ad-free option)
- To communicate with you about your account, updates, or support requests
- To monitor and analyze usage trends to improve the App
- To detect, prevent, and address technical issues or security threats
4. Sharing Your Information
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We may share your information only in the following circumstances:
- With other users: Your username (and first/last name, if provided) may be visible to other members of squads you join. Chat messages are shared with the intended recipients within your squads.
- With service providers: We may share information with third-party service providers who perform services on our behalf, such as hosting, analytics, and customer support. These providers are contractually obligated to protect your information.
- With advertising partners: If you have not purchased the ad-free option, Google AdMob may collect device and usage information to serve advertisements. We do not share your personal account information (such as your username or email) with advertising partners.
- For legal compliance: We may disclose your information if required to do so by law, or in response to valid legal requests by public authorities.
- Business transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or a portion of our assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
5. Data Storage and Security
Your information is stored on secure servers provided by our infrastructure partners. We implement industry-standard security measures, including encryption in transit and at rest, to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
However, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
6. Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with the App’s services. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal information within a reasonable timeframe, except where we are required to retain it for legal or regulatory purposes.
Chat messages may be retained for a reasonable period to support the functionality of the App. When you delete your account, your messages will be removed or anonymized in accordance with our data retention practices.
7. Your Rights and Choices
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have certain rights regarding your personal information, including:
- Access: You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
- Correction: You may request that we correct any inaccurate or incomplete information.
- Deletion: You may request that we delete your personal information, subject to certain legal exceptions.
- Data portability: You may request a copy of your data in a portable, machine-readable format.
- Opt out of personalized ads: You may disable personalized advertising through your device’s privacy settings (e.g., “Opt out of Ads Personalization” on Android or “Limit Ad Tracking” on iOS). You may also purchase the “Remove Ads” option to eliminate all advertisements from the App.

8. Children’s Privacy
SquadSesh is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under the age of 13, we will take steps to delete that information promptly. If you believe that we may have collected information from a child under 13, please contact us immediately.
9. Third-Party Services
The App integrates with the following third-party services, each of which may collect information about your use of the App in accordance with their own privacy policies:

- Google Play Billing / Apple App Store: Used to process in-app purchases. All payment information is handled directly by the respective app store. We do not receive or store your payment method details.
We encourage you to review the privacy policies of these third-party services.
10. In-App Purchases
SquadSesh offers optional in-app purchases, including the ability to remove advertisements and to make voluntary tips to support development. All purchases are processed through the platform’s app store (Google Play or Apple App Store).
We store a record of your purchase status on our servers so that your purchased features (such as ad removal) carry over to any device where you are logged in to your SquadSesh account. This record contains only the product identifier and a verification token — we do not store payment method details.
Refunds for in-app purchases are handled by the respective app store in accordance with their refund policies.
11. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the “Effective Date” at the top of this policy and notify you through the App or via email. We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically to stay informed about how we are protecting your information.
