Child Safety Standards

Effective Date: March 8, 2026

1. Our Commitment

SquadSesh, operated by E2E Automation, is committed to the safety and protection of children on our platform. We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) of any kind. This includes, but is not limited to, grooming, sextortion, trafficking, and the creation, distribution, or possession of child sexual abuse material (CSAM).

These Child Safety Standards describe the policies, procedures, and commitments we maintain to prevent, detect, and respond to CSAE on SquadSesh.

2. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on SquadSesh and will result in immediate account termination, content removal, and reporting to the appropriate authorities:

  • Sharing, distributing, requesting, or possessing child sexual abuse material (CSAM) in any form, including images, videos, and computer-generated imagery
  • Grooming or attempting to groom a minor for the purpose of sexual exploitation or abuse
  • Sextortion or coercion of a minor, including threats to share intimate imagery
  • Soliciting sexual content from or engaging in sexually explicit conversations with a minor
  • Trafficking or facilitating the trafficking of a child for sexual purposes
  • Any other conduct that sexually exploits, abuses, or endangers a child

3. Prevention Measures

We take proactive steps to prevent CSAE on our platform, including:

  • Age restrictions: SquadSesh is not intended for use by children under the age of 13.
  • Content moderation: We review reported content and take appropriate action in accordance with these standards and applicable law.
  • Community guidelines: Our terms of service and community guidelines explicitly prohibit CSAE-related conduct and content.
  • Team awareness: Our team members are informed about child safety risks and trained on how to respond to potential CSAE incidents.

4. Reporting CSAE

We provide mechanisms for users to report suspected CSAE, including:

  • In-app reporting: Users can report concerning content or behavior directly within the SquadSesh app without leaving the application.
  • Email: Users may also report concerns by contacting us at safety@squadsesh.app.

We treat all reports of suspected CSAE with the highest priority and urgency.

5. Response Procedures

When we become aware of potential CSAM or CSAE on SquadSesh, we take the following actions:

  • Immediate removal: Any content identified as CSAM or otherwise related to CSAE is removed from the platform immediately upon obtaining actual knowledge of it.
  • Account action: Accounts involved in CSAE are immediately suspended or permanently terminated.
  • Law enforcement reporting: We report confirmed instances of CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) via the CyberTipline, as required by U.S. federal law, and cooperate with law enforcement investigations.
  • Evidence preservation: We preserve relevant evidence in accordance with applicable legal requirements to support investigations by law enforcement.

6. Legal Compliance

SquadSesh complies with all applicable child safety laws and regulations, including the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), 18 U.S.C. § 2258A (mandatory reporting of CSAM), and other relevant federal and state laws. We are committed to cooperating fully with law enforcement agencies and regulatory bodies in the investigation and prosecution of child exploitation offenses.
